GUMC serves as a host distribution site for Manna, the leading food resource for Montgomery County. Every Tuesday, from 4pm-7pm, donated produce, meat, bread, and non -perishable items are available in a Glenmont classroom for Manna clients to select what they need. Volunteers from our church work with the Manna staff to provide a hospitable, dignified environment for clients to make their selections.  If you would like to volunteer, contact GUMC member Cris Sutton, or Manna volunteer coordinator Katie Sayago.
