Since 1977, the GUMC "Money's Worth" Thrift Shop has helped to meet the needs of people in our community by providing quality, inexpensive household goods and clothing. This ministry also raises money for our church and models faithful stewardship of resources by offering an alternative to a “buy-new and throw-away” culture.

You can participate by donating clothing and household goods, helping to sort donations, or by taking shifts during the shop’s operation. A shed in our parking lot is available for donations to be dropped off at any time, and the shop is open 10am-1pm on Tuesdays, and on the first Saturday of the month.
